Here are the questions we hear most often about how our terms work and what they mean for your account, your deposits and your play.

Our terms forbid duplicate accounts. If we detect a second account under your name, we'll close both and hold any funds for investigation. Use one account only. If you've lost access, contact support to recover it instead of creating a new one.

No. Terms require all deposits to come from a payment method registered in your own name. We verify this before funds clear. Deposits from third parties violate the terms and will be reversed and your account flagged.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS typically arrive within 1–2 hours after we verify your request. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. We'll show the status in your account transaction history.

Under our terms, disputes must be reported within 30 days. Contact support with the game ID, time, and screenshots. We'll pull the game logs and investigate. Most disputes resolve within 48 hours; we'll notify you of the outcome in writing.

You can update your email, phone number and address in Settings > Account Details anytime. Identity number and full name cannot be changed once verified. If details were entered incorrectly, contact support with proof of correction.
